SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Twilite Moon orders are filled as promptly as possible. We ship most orders to arrive 5-7 business days from the receipt of order. Nurseryworks furniture and other items where noted “specialty shipping” are not available for rush delivery & if ordered with other items will arrive separately. Delivery information can be found on the product detail pages for these items. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to addresses outside the United States or to post office boxes.

SHIPMENT METHODS
Standard delivery:
Your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days.
Two-day delivery:
For 2nd day delivery add $15 to order. Your order should arrive 2 business days from receipt of order if order is placed Monday-Thursday by 12pm (EST).
Overnight delivery:
For next day delivery add $25 to order. Your order should arrive the next business day from receipt of order if order is placed Monday-Thursday by 12pm (EST).
NURSERYWORKS CUSTOM BUILT FURNITURE
Nurseryworks furniture delivery is free of charge and should arrive 12-14 weeks from place of order. The furniture is shipped directly from the manufacturer via a special freight carrier. The freight carrier will call the customer directly to schedule delivery and customers should be present to receive, inspect and sign for delivery.
Items can not be returned unless damaged upon delivery. Nurseryworks takes great care in packaging products to ensure safe transport. Although items are packaged properly, transit-related damage can occur. When an order arrives, it should be inspected carefully and any damage to the order and/or to the packaging materials needs to be noted on the delivery receipt. Shipping documents should not be signed without recording details of the transit damage. Damages then must be reported to Nurseryworks at the time of delivery by emailing info@nurseryworks.net or by calling (888) 508-9540. Nurseryworks will not be able to place a claim or work with you to replace damaged items if damage is not noted at time of delivery.
Items can not be exchanged unless original packaging is retained, and the item is received by Nurseryworks undamaged. Customers should retain all packaging until furniture has been fully inspected.
HERITAGE STROLLERS WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
The Kensington and Balmoral strollers are free of charge and are shipped via a special freight carrier that will ensure a safe delivery and should arrive within 10 days from place of order. The freight carrier will call the customer directly to schedule delivery and customers should be present to receive, inspect and sign for delivery.
SALES TAX
Sales Tax and local taxes on merchandise will be applied to California residents.

We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product and inventory information. In the event that an availability date changes, exceeding 30 days from time of order placed, you will be notified via phone, email or mail.

For a small fee your items can be personally packaged in one of twilite moon’s signature boxes or our signature wrapping paper. We’ll beautifully wrap it up for you and and tie it all up with a red grosgrain ribbon. The perfect gift for any friend or loved one, a shower party or maybe just a gift for you & your little one.

At Twilite Moon, every purchase you make from us is guaranteed. If for any reason you’re unhappy with a purchase you’ve made, just return your items within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Please place the item(s) in any box or shipping envelope of choice, you may even reuse the Twilite Moon shipper box.

If you received this item as a gift from another party, or would simply like to make an exchange, we would be happy to help you. We will process an exchange within thirty days of purchase for unused items.
