these flow rates /ages are averages. babies who are hungrier can move more frequently through the nipple speeds shown above.  inspect all nipples before each use by pulling it in all directions to ensure proper function. throw away nipples at the first sign of damage or wear and tear.

we recommend that you replace nipples every 6-8 weeks for hygienic purposes.
